North Korea conducts nuclear test?

Seoul, Sept 9 (IBNS): South Korea on Friday said North Korea is believed to have conducted fifth nuclear test.

South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported that an earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter Scale was earlier detected near North Korea's nuclear site in its northeastern region.

"An artificial quake was detected near North Korea's Punggye-ri at around 9:30 a.m.," South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff was quoted as saying by the news agency.
