Kabul: Eight Taliban members killed in blast
Kabul, Feb 25 (IBNS) At least eight Taliban insurgents were reported dead on Wednesday night after a bomb detonated near Ghazni Mosque in Andar District of Afghanistan's Ghazni province, reports said.
Tolo news quoted Fahim Ahmiri, a spokesperson for the Provincial Police Chief, as saying that the blast took place while the insurgents were trying to build a bomb.
"One of the commanders of the Taliban named Badir was among those killed," Ahmiri said.
