France bar fire leaves 13 killed

Rouen, Aug 6 (IBNS): Fire at a bar in French city of Rouen killed at least 13 people on Friday, media reports said.

According to reports, the mishap, which occurred during a birthday party, left six others injured.

More than 50 fire fighters went to the spot to bring the blaze under control.

The blaze in the Cuba Libre bar began in the basement room around midnight on Saturday, Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve was quoted as saying by BBC.
