Afghanistan: 11 killed in suicide attack
Kabul, Feb 27 (IBNS) At least 11 people were killed in a suicide attack in Afghanistan's Asadabad area on Saturday, media reports said.
According to reports, a suicide bomber blew himself up near the governor’s office in the area.
Governor Wahidullah Kalimzai told Pajhwok Afghan News 40 people were wounded as the bomber on foot detonated his explosives 15 metres from the entrance to his office.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
