Toilet: Ek Prem Katha collects Rs. 94.79 cr at Chinese box office

Beijing, Jun 18 (IBNS): Akshay Kumar- starrer Toilet: Ek Prem Katha has collected Rs. 94.79 cr till Sunday at the Chinese box office.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#ToiletEkPremKatha fizzles out in China... Biz likely to fold up below $ 15 million... [Week 2] Fri $ 0.13 mn Sat $ 0.20 mn Sun $ 0.24 mn Total: $ 13.93 mn [₹ 94.79 cr]"

The film is running at the Chinese box office for two weeks now.

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha was released in India on Aug 11, 2017.

The film dealt with the open defecation issue in India.

Apart from Akshay, actress Bhumi Pednekar featured in one of the lead roles of the film.
