Singer Guru Randhawa assaulted in Vancouver: Reports

Vancouver, July 30 (IBNS): Singer Guru Randhawa was allegedly assaulted by a man in Vancouver on Sunday night, media reports said.

The incident reportedly occurred after his show ended.

Guru was attacked on the head from behind as he tried to exit Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Canada’s largest proscenium theatre in downtown Vancouver, after performing in his show, reported The Tribune.

He survived the attack.

The identity of the attacker remain unknown.

Guru gained popuality for his songs like  ‘Lahore’ and ‘Suit Suit’.
