Secret Superstar continues its golden run China

Mumbai, Jan 24 (IBNS): Continuing its strong upward movement in China, superstar Aamir Khan's Secret Superstar earned Rs. 236 crores at the country's Box Office since releasing on Friday.

"#SecretSuperstar is UNSTOPPABLE in China... Tue biz is almost at par with Mon biz...Fri $ 6.89 mn Sat $ 10.54 mn Sun $ 9.89 mn Mon $ 5.01 mn Tue $ 4.87 mn Total : $ 37.20 million [₹ 236.81 cr]," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The movie released on Friday.

Secret Superstar released in India last year during Diwali.

Aamir had earlier tasted success with his movies PK and Dangal in the neighbouring nation.

Secret Superstar is a 2017 Indian musical drama film, written and directed by Advait Chandan, and produced by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao.

The film stars Zaira Wasim, Meher Vij, Raj Arjun, and Aamir Khan.
