California, Jan 7 (IBNS): Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra made a stunning start to her new year as she grabbed the 'Favourite Actress in a New TV Series' title at the People's Choice Awards for her performance in American TV show Quantico.

People's Choice tweeted: "Congrats, @priyankachopra! #PCAs "

She was nominated in the  'Favourite Actress in a New TV Series' category for her role in the show.

Chopra has received appreciations for her performance in the series.
