Padmaavat fares well at international box-office, collects around Rs 7.50 Cr

Mumbai, Jan 27 (IBNS): Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone's Padmaavat has got off to a flying start at the international box-office, collecting around Rs 7.50 crore just two days after its release.

According to business analyst and Bollywood movie reviewer Taran Adarsh, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's opus has gathered Rs 4.65 crore and Rs 76.10 lakhs in Australia and New Zealand respectively.

Adarsh tweeted that while the movie has collected Rs 52.45 lakhs in Germany, it raked Rs 2.34 crore from the UK.

"#Xclusive: And the audience verdict is crystal clear... #Padmaavat is on a RECORD-SMASHING SPREE in key international markets... The growth on Fri [vis-à-vis Thu] is PHENOMENAL... Day-wise data follows: Australia, New Zealand, UK and Germany... @Rentrak," Adarsh tweeted on Saturday morning.
