Javed Akhtar special guest at Lalit Pandit's music celebration

Mumbai/IBNS: Lalit Pandit, of the noted music composer duo Jatin-Lalit, has geared up to celebrate his musical journey on Friday along with popular singers who offered hit songs over the years under his musical baton at Sanmukhanand Auditorium, Mumbai.

'Eternal Hits Once More' is a celebration of the work done by Lalit Pandit with legendary singers and lyricists.

"It's Meena Pandit, my wife who has conceived the musical Eternal Hits Once More," said the music composer who has completed 25 films as solo music composer in the Hindi music industry.

Javed Akhtar is the special guest for this year's programme.

The evening will be made grand by reminiscing the magical melodies - featuring the top singers like Udit Narayan, Alka Yagnik, Shaan, and Babul Supriyo.

The superstars of the musical realm such as Sadhna Sargam, Vijayta Pandit, and Mamta Sharma will also be present.

Some of Lalit-Jatin's work has been witnessed in films like Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Yes Boss, Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

In the past, Lalit Pandit bagged music awards for Munni Badnaam for the film Dabangg.

Pandit said, "It's my wish to celebrate our music, my music once a year with a big concert like this."
