How is the josh: PM Modi quotes dialogue from Bollywood movie Uri; Vicky Kaushal, Yami thank him

Mumbai, Jan 20 (IBNS): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday preferred using some Bollywood lines while addressing a gathering after the inauguration of National Museum of Indian Cinema in Mumbai, earning praises from the B-town celebrities.

“How’s the Josh?” Modi quoted the dialogue from currently running Bollywood movie Uri: The Surgical Strike.

The audience were heard saying, "High Sir."

The dialogue was said several times in the movie by actor Vicky Kaushal.

Vicky was elated by the PM's gesture and tweeted: "What an honour! ."

Yami Gautam, who is also a part of the film, also could not resist herself from thanking the P as she tweeted: "The Josh is HIGH SIR !! Such an honour @PMOIndia ."

The movie is based on the surgical strike conducted by Indian Army on Sept 29, 2016.

The events goes back to Sept 18, 2016, when 19 soldiers were killed in an early morning attack by Pakistani terrorists.

The attack was carried out at the 12 Infantry Brigade headquarters in Uri. 

On Sept 29, Indian Army's Special Forces conducted “surgical strikes” on terror launch pads across Line of Control (LoC), winning appreciations from countrymen.

The incident occurred during the current tenure of Modi as the PM.

Uri: A Box Office Success

Uti has emerged as one of the major crowd pulling films of the year.

It has also earned good response at the Box Office.

The movie has touched Rs. 91 crores at the Box Office so far.

It is expected to cross the Rs. 100 crore mark on Sunday.

It is the first movie to join the crucial Rs. 100 crore club this year.
