Mumbai, Jan 25 (IBNS): Actress Shraddha Kapoor follows a simple rule to keep herself in shape.
The young actress has a fitness measuring band that she carries with her every day.

The band makes a note of the amount of workout done by a person in a span of time.

Wearing the band, Shraddha completes 8,00010,000 steps in a day.

She even has it on when she is working out every day.

The actor, who was seen in a superfit avatar in her last film ABCD 2 says, “I love the sense of achievement I get when I complete the targets I set each day to stay fit. I don’t mind working even harder for it and beating my previous records."

"If need be, I try different methods to keep myself in check, I don’t hesitate in taking them up,” says Shraddha, who is currently shooting for Baaghi alongside actor Tiger Shroff.
