First poster of Tiger Shroff's Rambo releases, Sylvester Stallone hopes 'they don't wreck it'

Mumbai, May 20 (IBNS): The first poster of Indian actor Tiger Shroff's Rambo, which is a remake of the same acted by Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone, released on Saturday, as the latter hoped that the film doesn't get wrecked by the efforts of Indian filmmakers.

Tiger shared the poster on his Twitter account where he was seen in a tough look with the war zone along with a helicopter in the background.

"Grew up with this character, humbled and blessed to step into his shoes years later," Tiger said on twitter.

Reacting to this, Stallone said on social media that "I read recently they are remaking Rambo in India !!.. Great character.. hope they don't wreck it".

In a reply to Stallone, Tiger tweeted to say "Humbled and blessed to be walking the road u lay down...u r irreplaceable and I hope I don't let you down sir...".

Rambo is a film series based on David Morrell's novel First Blood that revolved around the US soldier in the Vietnam war, in which the character Rambo was played by Stallone.

The Indian remake which is directed by Bang Bang director is currently going through the shooting phase.
