Box office collection: Shah Rukh Khan's Zero earns Rs. 59 cr
Mumbai, Dec 24 (IBNS): Maintaining its collection at the Indian box office, superstar Shah Rukh Khan's Hindi film Zero has collected Rs. 59.07 crore in three days since its release.
After registering a collection of Rs. 20.14 crore on the opening day, Zero earned Rs. 18.22 crore and Rs. 20.71 crore in the next two days.
The much awaited Aanand L. Rai-directed film released last Friday.
Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Zero has clearly underperformed... Remained on similar levels over the weekend... No turnaround / big jump in biz... #Christmas holiday [tomorrow] should boost biz... Real test on Wed and Thu... Fri 20.14 cr, Sat 18.22 cr, Sun 20.71 cr. Total: ₹ 59.07 cr. India biz."

Zero also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the prominent roles.
In the film, Shah Rukh plays the role of a vertically-challenged person, named as Bauua Singh. On the other hand, Anushka played the character of a wheel-chair bound scientist Aafia.
Katrina, who could be seen in sizzling avatars in few of the songs, is actress Babita Kumari in the film.
This film brings together Shah Rukh, Katrina and Anushka after six years. They had last worked together in Yash Chopra's Jab Tak Hai Jaan in 2012.
