Mumbai, Jan 30 (IBNS): Actress Tanushree Dutta, who had triggered the #MeToo movement in India last year, has joined Twitter.

Dutta uses Instagram quite regularly.

In her first tweet, Dutta posted: "Hello friends,I'm finally on twitter!! Let's c what we got going here."

The #MeToo movement in India virtually started after allegations of former actor Tanushree Dutta against veteran actor Nana Patekar.

Dutta accused Patekar of harassing her on the sets of a film 10 years ago.

Tanushree had worked in several Bollywood movies like Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Dhol,Good Boy, Bad Boy and Apartment.
