Woman kidnapped and gangraped for hours in moving car, dumped near Noida hospital

New Delhi, Jun 20 (IBNS): A woman who was allegedly kidnapped and gangraped for several hours inside a moving car on Monday night in Gurgaon, was thrown off the vehicle outside a hospital near Greater Noida, reports said.

The victim told the police that she was forcibly picked up by some men who were driving a Maruti Swift at around 8:30 pm from Sohna Road.

Explaining her plight, the victim said that once inside the vehicle, the men took turns in exploiting her sexually before dumping her.

According to reports, no case has been registered so far, however, an police team from Noida has headed towards Gurgaon for further investigations.

Rape cases in India are frequent, and is the fourth most common crime against women, according to a 2013 report.
