Terrorist Masood Azhar missing from Pakistan

Islamabad/New Delhi, Feb 11 (IBNS) The alleged mastermind of last month's Pathankot Airbase attack which claimed eight lives, Pakistani terrorist Masood Azhar is reportedly missing from the country as he is suspected to have moved to Afghanistan, NDTV reported.

The Jaish-e-Mohammed chief is said to be on the run as pressure to put him behind bars intensified in Pakistan.

NDTV reported that Pakistan PM  Nawaz Sharif has has taken personal interest in the case and has pledged his cooperation in bringing Azhar to justice.

Several JeM offices were sealed and the chief was placed under house arrest, before his alleged escape.
