Puducherry Govt to introduce home delivery of liquor

Puducherry/UNI: The Puducherry administration is contemplating to introduce the system of home delivery of liquor in a bid to reduce the crowd in liquor shops which was opened here on Tuesday after a gap of 40 days.

According to official sources, the administration has directed the the excise department to look into the option of home delivery of liquor to reduce crowd.

It is being considered as rules will have to be amended for allowing home delivery of liquor.
