President of India’s message on the eve of National Day of Belgium

New Delhi, Jul 20 (IBNS): President of India Pranab Mukherjee extended his greetings and felicitations to the King and people of Belgium on the eve of their National Day (July 21, 2016).

In a message to King Philippe, The King of the Belgians, the Indian President has said, “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I extend warm greetings and felicitations to Your Majesty and to the people of Belgium on the occasion of your National Day.

The warm and friendly relations between India and Belgium have been significantly strengthened in recent years. I am confident that in the days ahead, these will be further consolidated and expanded for the benefit of both our countries and peoples.

Please accept, Your Majesty, my best wishes for the continued progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Belgium.”
