PM Modi celebrates Diwali with Army jawans in Himachal Pradesh

Kannaur/New Delhi, Oct 30 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday celebrated Diwali with Army soldiers at Sumdo, Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh.

"Spent time with our courageous @ITBP_official & Army Jawans at Sumdo, Kinnaur district, Himachal Pradesh. Jai Jawan! Jai Hind!" his tweet read.

The Prime Minister also made an unscheduled stop at Chango village to greet people on the occasion of Diwali.

"Made unscheduled stop at Chango village, close to Somdu, to wish people on Diwali. Was deeply touched by the impromptu reception & their joy,' PM Modi tweeted.
