On Mann Ki Baat's 3rd anniversary, PM Modi says he kept people at its centre

New Delhi, Sept 24 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the 36th episode of Mann Ki Baat, his monthly radio broadcast, which has completed three years.

On the 3rd anniversary of Mann Ki Baat, Modi said the initiative has become a 'unique opportunity to connect with the entire country.'

"It has become a platform where people from across the nation share constructive views, express opinions and concerns," said Modi while addressing the nation.

PM Modi said people are at the centre of Mann Ki Baat.

On Sunday, the PM  spoke about three years of Mann Ki Baat and how it has integrated every section of society.

"I get so much feedback for Mann Ki Baat. Naturally, I am not able to refer to all of it but the inputs given help us in the Government," the PM said.

As the nation will observe Gandhi Jayanti in few days, Modi said, "This Gandhi Jayanti, let us buy a Khadi product and light the lamp of prosperity in the lives of the poor."

He urged all to support the movement for the growth of the Khadi sector.

The PM also spoke about widespread support for Swachhata Hi Seva movement and thanked the media for the support in furthering message of cleanliness.

Said he, "I am delighted to see the support towardsSwachhata Hi Seva movement. People are actively contributing to a Swachh Bharat."

PM Modi also urged people, specially youngsters to discover the wonders of "Incredible India" in the months to come.
