Modi to address Parivartan rally in Kanpur today

New Delhi, Dec 19 (IBNS) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a ‘Parivartan Rally’ of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) in Kanpur on Monday.

The rally will be held at  Nirala Nagar Railway ground.

This will be Modi’s sixth rally in Uttar Pradesh ahead of state assembly polls to be held early 2017.

Ahead of the rally, the PM  will lay the foundation of Indian Institute of Skills, which aims to train unemployed youth and make them self-reliant.

The institute has been conceptualised by the Prime Minister during his visit to Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education.

Modi  will also inaugurate Kaushal Pradarshini (skill exhibition) for the youth of Uttar Pradesh.

The exhibition will showcase state-of-the-art vocational training practices across different sectors.
