Militant arrested in Tral, south Kashmir
Srinagar, Oct 13 (IBNS): In a joint operation by Indian Army and J&K Police, a local militant of Hizb ul Mujahideen outfit was arrested in Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
According to sources, army and police launched massive searches in Tral forests early on Thursday after receiving inputs about militant’s movement in the area.
“During the search, one militant, Gulzar Ahmad Dar who was missing from September 21 from Nagbal Tral village, was arrested along with arms and ammunition,” said a police officer.
