New Delhi, Mar 21 (IBNS): Within minutes of the start of the proceedings, the ruckus created by the opposition parties has forced the Lok Sabha to adjourn till noon and the Rajya Sabha for the day.

The second phase of the budget session has been a washout for 12 consecutive days already.

The Telegu Desam Party (TDP) and the Telangana Rashtriya Samithi (TRS) are likely to bring the no-confidence motion against the BJP-led NDA government in the parliament.

On Tuesday, Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan disallowed the no-confidence motion in the parliament as the house was not in order.
