New Delhi, Aug 31 (IBNS): In an act against corrupt leaders, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday sacked his social welfare minister Sandeep Kumar after receiving an "objectionable CD" of him.

Making the announcement on Twitter, Kejriwal said: "Recd 'objectionable' CD of minister Sandeep Kr. AAP stands for propriety in public life. That can't be compromised."

"Removing him from Cabinet wid immediate effect," he said.

According to media reports, the CD submitted to Kejriwal purportedly showed the minister in a compromising position with two women.

The CD also had some objectionable photographs.

Following the recipient of the CD, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said the decision to remove Kumar was taken at a meeting barely within half-an-hour.

Speaking to media, Sisodia said: "We have zero tolerance against any kind of corruption, crime or any such activity."
