Kashmir: Seven militants killed in Shopian gunfight
Srinagar, Apr 1 (IBNS): Calling it a major success for security forces, Director General of Police, Jammu and Kashmir SP Vaid on Sunday said that seven militants, including top commanders, were killed in a gunfight with forces in Dragad village of Shopian in south Kashmir.
In a tweet, Vaid said that seven bodies of militants have been recovered.
He said the slain included top commanders.
The DG informed that a militant was also killed in Dialgam gunfight while one was caught alive.
