New Delhi, Sept 6 (IBNS): Joint Hurriyat leadership of Kashmir has decided to hold a day long protest in New Delhi outside the headquarters of National Investigation Agency (NIA) over arrests and warrants against dozens of hurriyat leaders since last few months.

Separatist leaders Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik have decided to hold a dharna in New Delhi on Saturday

Mirwaiz and Malik announced this at a joint press conference in Srinagar's historic Jamia Masjid on Wednesday.

“We have decided to fly to Delhi on September 9, Saturday and hold a demonstration there,” said the leaders.

Seven separatists including some business leaders have been booked by the agency.

On Tuesday, the NIA detained  two youth, including a photojournalist, for their alleged role in stone-pelting protests.
