Father shot dead during son's wedding in Bihar

Patna, Feb 19 (TheBiharPost): A man was shot dead right during the wedding of his son in Bihar.

The weird incident took place at Khanchi Gali locality under Biharsharif police station in Nalanda district, the home district of chief minister Nitish Kumar, on Sunday night.

Police said unidentified gunmen fired at groom's father Ajay Sah just after the garland exchange ceremony had been conducted at the wedding, according to a PTI report. He died on the spot.

The police have registered a case and investigation is on.
