New Delhi, Oct 25 (IBNS): Members of the Club des Chefs des Chefs (CCC) called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday.

Personal chefs of heads of states of two dozen countries comprise the CCC.

It has been informally described as the world’s most exclusive gastronomic society.

This Paris-based association is currently holding its general assembly in India, for the first time.

Tweeted Narendra Modi, "Met some of the most decorated Chefs, serving heads of states of various nations, during an interaction with Club des Chefs des Chefs (CCC)."

Besides Delhi, the chefs will be visiting Agra and Jaipur as well.

Members of the Club include Montu Saini, Chef to the President of India; Cristeta Comerford, Chef to the President of the US; and Mark Flanagan, Chef to the Queen of the United Kingdom, among others.

The chefs presented mementoes to the Indian prime minister.

The members had also held a official reception in honour of President Pranab Mukherjee.
