Demonetisation: PM Modi orders BJP lawmakers to share bank records

| | Nov 29, 2016, at 06:49 pm
New Delhi, Nov 29 (IBNS): In a new move to help the ruling BJP come clean, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ordered his party lawmakers to share their bank records post the note ban on Nov 8, report said.

The BJP lawmakers will have to share their details with party President Amit Shah.

The decision comes at a time when the BJP is facing backlash for demonetisation.

Several opposition parties have alleged that the ruling party had informed certain industrialists prior to the note ban announcement made by the Prime Minister.
