New Delhi, Sept 5 (IBNS) : Former Delhi minister Sandeep Kumar’s private secretary, Praveen Kumar, was held on Monday on the suspicion that he circulated a sex clip involving the politician, reports said.

Sandeep Kumar was recently sacked from the Ministry and suspended from the ruling Aam Aadmi Party over a sex CD scandal.

Praveen was taken into custody from the Delhi Secretariat for interrogation.

Sandeep  Kumar was arrested on Saturday night on the basis of an allegation of a woman, with whom he was seen in a purported sex tape, that he had drugged and raped her.
