New Delhi, Jul 15 (IBNS): Police recovered the bodies of a teenage boy and a girl from a Oyo Rooms hotel located in Dwarka Sector 17, Delhi, reports said.

The duo were found hanging from a ceiling fan when the law enforcement officers barged in, following an intimation by the hotel authorities.

According to the hotel staff, the duo checked in on Thursday evening and were supposed to check out by Friday noon.

Following a default in time, one of the hotel staff knocked on the door but received no response.

A couple of knocks later and without any response, the staff informed the officials who resorted to calling the police.

Police said that though they are treating it as a suicide case, no suicide note has been left behind by either of the two.

The deceased pair are deemed to be 18 and 19 years old, although the boy could be a few months younger than 18, police said.
