Chinese army prepares for battle like scenario with armored drill in Tibet?

Beijing, July 6 (IBNS): While the two countries are witnessing a tense situation in the border, Chinese army practiced in a battle like scenario to project their readiness with armored drill in Tibet on Thursday, media reports said.

The Chinese news agency Xinhua reported that the country's troops were, "carrying out battlefield environment analysis, combat operations command, combat coordination and other real combat and live-fire shooting training". 

According to military experts, the Chinese government wants to conduct similar exercises with forces of other countries.

Xinhua said the practice was carried out to check the country's most advanced battle tank, 96B.

It was carried out at a high altitude of 5,100 metres in the border area of Tibet.
