New Delhi, Aug 13 (IBNS) : The minor victim of the Bulandshahr gang-rape incident has moved the Supreme Court seeking FIR against Uttar Pradesh Minister Azam Khan and few police officers, reports said.

The 13-year-old, who along with her mother was gang-raped by a gang of dacoits while passing through Bulandshahr in a car, also wants the case to be transferred to Delhi and has sought a court-monitored probe, along with schooling, security and rehabilitation.

On Friday, the Allahabad High Court ordered a CBI inquiry into the case observing that it was "not satisfied" with the police investigation so far.

Azam Khan, an influential Minister in the Akhilesh Yadav cabinet, kicked up a controversy after the Bulandshahr incident, saying that it could  be a political conspiracy against the government.
