Pakistan executes murder convict
Islamabad, Apr 14 (IBNS): Pakistan on Tuesday executed murder convict in the county's Bahawalpur city, media reports said.
A murder convict was hanged to death at New Central Jail in Bahawalpur here early on Tuesday, Geo News reported.
"Death row prisoner Looney Khan had killed his brother-in-law in 2000," the news channel reported.
At least 60 convicts have been executed since that move was made by the government.
