Kabul/London, Apr 26 (IBNS): The British Ministry of Defence (MOD) on Saturday said a British helicopter crashed in southern Afghanistan on Saturday.

According to media reports, five security personnel were killed in the mishap.

The MOD, however, did not confirm any casualty.

"The incident is under investigation and it would be inappropriate to comment further until families have been notified," it said.
