Sri Lanka appoints Allan Donald as Consultant Fast Bowling Coach for ICC Champions Trophy 2017

Colombo, Apr 30 (IBNS): Sri Lanka Cricket on Sunday announced the appointment of formenr South African pacer Allan Donald as Consultant Fast Bowling Coach for the ICC Champions Trophy 2017.

Donald is currently slated to take on a role as Assistant Coach at Kent County who have agreed to release him for a two month stint with SLC in the lead up to the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 in England and Wales from the 1st – 18th of June this year, read the Sri Lanka Cricket website.

Donald will join the team in their residential training at the Pallakelle International Stadium where they will be undergoing a high intensity Training and Conditioning programme from the 9th – 16th of May, read the website.
