Roger Federer defeats Milos Raonic to win Mercedes Cup in Stuttgart

Stuttgart, June 17 (IBNS): Swiss Tennis master Roger Federer has defeated  Milos Raonic to win the Mercedes Cup in Stuttgart.

Roger defeated his opponent   6-4 7-6 (7-3)in the final clash of the tournament.

It was Roger's 98th  Tour title.

This was his tournament since playing  Miami Open in March.

He had given a miss to the clay court season.

Roger had secured his world number one ranking by beating Nick Kyrgios in the semi-final.
