Jasprit Bumrah lashes out at Jaipur police's innovative hoarding on his 'no ball'

Jaipur, June 24 (IBNS): Just few days after the disastrous performance in the Champions Trophy final, Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah lashed out at Jaipur traffic police for using his picture in a hoarding to make car drivers cautious on road.

Bumrah, in the Champions Trophy final last Sunday, made an error by overstepping while bowling. Though he dismissed Fakhar Zaman on that ball but India could not get the wicket because of the no ball being called by the umpire. Later in the innings, Zaman scored a century which costed the Indian team heavily.

Jaipur traffic police recently put up a hoarding which shows the overstepping of Bumrah in order to make car drivers cautions on road.

The hoarding reads, "Don't cross the line. You know it can be costly".

Criticising the Jaipur traffic police, Bumrah said: "Well done Jaipur traffic police this shows how much respect you get after giving your best for the country But don't worry I won't make fun of the mistakes which you guys make at your work .because I believe humans can make mistakes ."

India lost the final to Pakistan by 180 runs on last Sunday which earned the men in green their maiden Champions Trophy title.
