Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood star Alia Bhatt visited the North Bombay Durga Puja, popularly known as the Mukerji family puja, on Monday, soaking in the festive spirit of Navratri.

Dressed in a saree, Alia arrived at the puja pandal with her close friend and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji.

Alia Bhatt's traditional festive look

In viral videos circulating on social media, Alia was seen entering the pandal while holding Ayan's hand and greeting attendees with her trademark charm and warm smile.

Staying true to the festive tradition, Alia opted for a magenta-pink saree paired with a turquoise-blue blouse featuring puffed sleeves.

She accessorised her look with gold bangles, matching jhumka earrings and a bindi, adding a distinctly Bengali touch to her festive appearance.

The Jigra actor tied her hair into a bun and adorned it with pink and blue flowers, completing her traditional look. She also posed with several devotees inside the pandal.

Alia Bhatt's upcoming film

On the professional front, Alia is gearing up for the release of Love & War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and co-starring her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal.

The film marks her second collaboration with Bhansali after the 2022 hit Gangubai Kathiawadi. Love & War is scheduled to release in theatres on January 21, 2027.
