Dharmendra, Anupam Kher give fitness goals, stun fans and followers

Mumbai/IBNS: Stunning their fans and followers, Bollywood veterans Dharmendra Deol and Anupam Kher are giving fitness goals which can make the young film actors run for their money.

At 85, Dharmendra Deol has started aerobics along with yoga and light exercise, the actor informed on Twitter.

"Friends, with his blessings and your good wishes ...I have started water aerobics along with Yoga and light exercise . Health is his great blessing to keep going. Be happy healthy and strong," he tweeted.

On the other hand, Anupam Kher shared a picture on Instagram where the actor can be seen with dumbbells, hinting at his gymming.
