Black Panther remained strong at Indian BO this weekend

Mumbai, Feb 19 (IBNS): Movie lovers selected Hollywood movie Black Panther as their first choice this weekend as the movie got strong response from the Indian box office.

Film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, " #BlackPanther emerged the first choice of moviegoers... Fared well in its opening weekend... Thu previews + Fri 5.60 cr, Sat 6.65 cr, Sun 7.10 cr. Total: ₹ 19.35 cr Nett BOC… Gross BOC: ₹ 24.81 cr. India biz... Note: Hindi + English."

The movie is Marvel's adaptation of the first African superhero - Black Panther.

Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the eighteenth film installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
