Alia Bhatt celebrates 10 years in Bollywood with a special picture on social media
Bollywood actor-producer Alia Bhatt completed 10 years in her illustrious and eventful journey in the Hindi film industry or Bollywood Wednesday.
In 2012, Alia started her career as a lead actor with filmmaker Karan Johar's Student of the Year, which also marked the debut of two other actors, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra.
Celebrating the 10th year, Alia dropped a stunning image of herself on Instagram.
She added a caption which reads, "10 years today … and I am so so grateful .. EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!.. I promise to be better - dream deeper - work harder !!!!! Thank you for the magic. Love love and only love."
Alia, who made her acting debut as a child artist with Sangharsh in 1999, has featured in popular Hindi films Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, 2 States, Udta Punjab, Raazi, Gully Boy et al.
She earned appreciation for her acting skills in her second film Highway.
The actor's journey in Bollywood further evolved in 2022 with the massive success of Gangubai Kathiawadi, where she played the role of a brothel owner.
The year also saw her performance in massively popular films RRR and Brahmastra.
In Brahmastra, Alia featured alongside her actor husband Ranbir Kapoor for the first time in her career.
She ventured into production with Darlings, which was released on OTT platform Netflix.
Not just in India, Alia, who is expecting her first child with Ranbir, has completed her shooting for her debut Hollywood project, Heart of Stone where she stars alongside Gal Gadot.
