Akshay's GabbarIsBack scores Rs 24.40 crores in 2 days

Mumbai, May 3 (IBNS) Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's latest released film 'GabbarIsBack' has collected Rs 24.40 crores in the past to days.

Bollywood trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh on Sunday tweeted: "GabbarIsBack Fri 13.05 cr, Sat 11.35 cr. Total: ₹ 24.40 cr. India biz."

Setting the box office registers ringing, Gabbar is Back was the biggest Box Office opener of 2015 with a bumper opening of Rs. 13.05 crores.

Along with Akshay Kumar, the ensemble cast of Shruti Hassan, Sunil Grover, Suman Talwar and a friendly appearance by Kareena Kapoor Khan have all given a power packed performance under the brilliant direction by Krish- who has made his Directorial debut in Bollywood with this film.
