Akshay Kumar visits team Neerja during promotion

Mumbai, Feb 4 (IBNS) Team Neerja, consisting of Sonam Kapoor, Shabana Azmi and director Ram Madhvani, have been promoting the film in the city.

During the promotions today at a suburban Studio, Airlift star Akshay Kumar paid in an impromptu visit to Team Neerja.

Actor Akshay Kumar was in the vicinity for work.

Team Neerja was left pleasantly surprise by Akshay's appearance.

In his brief interaction with the team Akshay shared his good wishes for his film.   
Akshay was also overheard saying that he is looking forward to the film.

Neerja is  a film based on the heroic story of Neerja Bhanot who sacrificed her life while saving passengers from terrorists on board the hijacked Pan Am Flight 73 on 5 Sept 1986.

Directed by Ram Madhvani and Produced by Fox Star Studio's and Bling Unplugged. The film is all set to release on Feb 19.
