Actor John Abraham and his wife test COVID-19 positive

Mumbai/UNI: Actor John Abraham and his wife, Priya Runchal, tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday.

The actor on his Instagram story said, "I came in contact three days ago with someone who I later learnt had Covid.

"Priya and I have tested positive for Covid. We have been quarantined at home, so haven’t been in contact with anyone else. We both are vaccinated and experiencing mild symptoms," he said.

The "Satyameva Jayate" actor asked his fans and everyone else to wear masks and stay healthy.

The couple is among a long list of Bollywood and TV celebs who have tested positive for the virus in the current surge, including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, Arjun Bijlani, Nakul Mehta.
