Youth shot near Kona Expressway in Howrah

Howrah, May 1 (IBNS) A youth was shot by two men on Sunday morning near Kona Expressway in Howrah, reports said.

The victim, identified as Utsab Karmakar is a resident of Laxmipalli area, police said.

He is admitted in Howrah State general Hospital.

It was reported that the man went to shave in the saloon and was shot by two bike riders when he came out.

Police said that the name of the suspected attacker is Guddu Yadav.

Though investigation is currently underway, no arrests have been made so far.
