WB: BJP MP Locket Chatterjee calls on Guv, expresses concern on child rights violation

Kolkata/UNI: BJP Hooghly MP Locket Chatterjee on Thursday called on West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar and expressed concern at the violation of child rights.

"Delegation led by Hooghly MP @me_locket called on me today to apprise of horrific situation concerning Shimulia Anandamath Juvenile Home in Purulia and similar correctional homes @MamataOfficial," the governor tweeted.

"Serious concern was expressed at the violation of child rights & illegal activities," Dhankhar said.
