Uttarkhand under Prez Rule as SC stays high court order

New Delhi, Apr 22 (IBNS) The Supreme Court of India, on Friday has stayed the Uttarkhand High Court's order, which, on Thursday, revoked President's rule in Uttarakhand and asked Harish Rawat led government to take a floor test on Apr 29, according to media reports.
Earlier on Friday, the Centre had moved the Supreme Court (SC) challenging the Uttarakhand High Court's verdict. 
 
According to Advocate General of India, Mukul Rohatgi, the SC has issued a short order, saying that the the high court order has been stayed until Apr 27, on which day there will be further hearing.
 
SC has asked the Uttarakhand High Court to provide copy of the judgement to all parties byApr 26.
 
The stay by the Sc brings Uttarakhand under President's Rule once again.
