Uttar Pradesh crime: Youth shot dead over minor argument

Ghaziabad/UNI: A youth was shot dead over a trivial argument in the Loni area of this district in Uttar Pradesh, police sources said on Wednesday.

According to sources here, one Shavez and Adil had an altercation over a dispute related to children in Aryanagar locality of Loni area, at around 2100 hrs on Tuesday night.

As the matter heated up, Adil shot Shavez dead with a country-made pistol.

Following the incident, the accused fled from the spot.

A case has been registered into the matter and a manhunt has been launched to nab the absconding culprit.
